This party is a security trustee and STOA Financial provides this service. Its executives have long experience in bond instruments and lending (particularly in the property and financial services sectors); essential in understanding and implementing solutions for investors. STOA Financial is selective for whom it will act as Security Trustee because, in the final analysis, it would rather its services were never called upon.
